Fox I think I once saw in the background of a picture of the Donner Party in Springfield, IL. I would have seen the picture in a documentary movie. Donner party in Springfield would place the picture around or before April 16, 1846 if my understanding is correct. Does anyone have a copy of such a picture? Are there research resources for old Springfield businesses you can recommend? Thanks for any assistance!
