Born in Springfield Illinois, February 1889. She is listed on the 1900 census in Springfield, in the 1910 census in Jacksonville. She was a patient at Jacksonville Mental Health and Developmental Center from 20 October 1909 thru 7 May 1911 at which time she returned home to Springfield. I have no information on here after her return to Springfield. I cannot located, a marriage, death or any type of record. Any information on what happened to Helen after she returned home would be greatful.
