Can someone who has a copy of a Springfield City directory for 1870, 1880 and/or 1890, or a copy of the census for those years, tell me if there is a John Kizer listed. He'd have a wife named Catharine and at least one child named Charles. Maybe they lived on 11th Street! Then, the same for a Charles Brand, with wife Catherine and at least one child named Charles.
