Carson (12/1/1853). I am also looking for any other information about them. I am also looking for information about Jacob Shawver's father, whom I think name is Christopher. Jacob and Mary moved to Pleasantville, Iowa, and he went on to fight and die in the Civil War. Jacob shawver was born October 28, 1824. Mary Carson was born 7/26/1834.
