Hello and Merry Christmas, With all the family around I'm gathering stories of relatives long gone. One of the stories involves a man named Harris who was with a group on the Ohio or Mississippi River in a houseboat on a fishing trip. Something happened and the boat sank drowning some of the men. I believe this took place in the 1930s or 1940s. Most, if not all, of the men were from the Harrisburg area. It made the newspaper at the time and I believe it has been reprinted in either the quarterly of the Saline County Genealogical Society or Springhouse or something.
