Hi, I am a new subscriber to this site. I am trying to find out what happened to William Vaughn son of William Vaughn and Jemima Roper and b. abt 1855. According to my records Jemima had married James H. Simmons on 18 Jun 1857, White Co., IL, and William was living with them when the 1860 Census was taken. He was listed as being 15 years old.
