    1. [ILSALINE-L] Re: Rebecca Bush
    2. Wes Jennings
    3. Well, I just want to thank so many people that responded to my request for information about Rebecca Bush. I received back much more than I ever hoped to receive. I have quoted SALINE-L replies below. I was requesting information about my grandmother Rebecca Bush who I thought was born sometime near the Civil War period. However, Sue jumped on the Rebecca Bush bandwagon searching for an older Rebecca Bush, and this brought in others. Obviously these are two different Rebecca Bush's. Carl Reynolds lists the parents of my grandmother as William and Louiser Bush. I think I have seen somewhere than William Bush was the son of Berry and Rebecca Bush. So I think the two Rebecca Bush's are grandmother and granddaughter. Then Jan Patton brings in Berry Bush's full name: Green Berry Bush. Wow, what a name selection! Jan also mentions the Dorris and Hough? lines, and my first Civil War veteran in Berry Bush, and there are dates and marriages in TN. Wow! Thank you all for this wonderful information. Carl Reyonlds, yes, I would be willing to share what information I know about Rebecca Bush. I think about all I can provide you with are some more recent family history from the Marriage of Rebecca Bush to John Wesley Jennings to the present. What I know about the genealogy before the Rebecca Bush b.1859 in Saline Co., IL is pretty much captured in this email below. Again, thanks for this wonderful information.
