Yes.... If you live in Harrisburg. I'm thinking that you can only get a public library card for your townships library, only if you live in that township. It's possible that you may get on thow if you just reside in Saline county. If you don't live there, go down to your own local library and see if they got the federal grant to pay for Heritage like Harrisburg library did. If they haven't, ask them to apply for it.
