I have the marriage bond and copies of certificates for William L Young and Margaret Dunn, parents of John W Young, and also his marriage licenses to Sarah Tanner, Bettie (Elizabeth) Boren Bourland? and to Martha Dunn. I think these were sisters at least 2 of them. They married in the late 1880's, except for William and Margaret of course. Their bond is in Caldwell county Ky, I am trying to piece together when they came to Stonefort/Carrier Mills and where they lived in Ky. John was born in Dec of 1855. There was some cousins named Donna YOung and Sadie and a boy cousin, can't remember his name. They lived in Marion Ill. back in the 50's and 60's. Lost track of them after they married . I had a great uncle Ewing YOung. My grandfather was Alonzo Virgil YOung who married a Leona Brandon, and her sister Julia married a Henshaw. Thanks for answering. Maybe if you will tell me more about htis BS, it may be a later descendent. I am finding that any piece of information helps.
