I expect that even after it is purchased and hopefully donated to a facility where it can be viewed ( HOPEFULLY) .....it will need to be evaluated and properly protected. Seems I've seen similar things hung but covered with glass or plexiglass to preserve and protect. I imagine it would make a fine piece of art actually. Are we donating to a general fund to try to secure??? Does the library have a fund or would they consider collecting for us???
