I have reached a stand still and hope someone can get me moving again. I am looking for parents of William B. Hyers born 1857, and Spouse IDA (L) Smith born 1861. Married 11-25-1885 in Hamilton county 1900 census shows father from Tennessee. William's county of residence at wedding was Saline, birth county was Hamilton. Ida's county of residence at wedding was Hamilton, birth county Hamilton. They resided in South twigg township in Hamilton co for a period after the marriage as well as Gallatin co. Both are buried in Liberty church cemetery in Harrisburg. Ida's obit states father name Ben Smith, but also states she was born and raised in Gallatin Co so I question the accuracy the information was given by my grandfather Vernon Hyers who was 20 at the time. I know this information spans at least three counties, but I wanted to start with all of you first. Thanks for any help you can offer.
