We are from the same line of Randolphs. My gr grandmother, Eulalia King Randolph's (not the same line as my other Saline Co. Randolphs that I know of yet) was the d/o Nathaniel Easterly Randolph. Samuel's middle name was Samuel Richard, not Peyton. In fact, he went by Richard in Pope Co. My uncle Victor Randolph who just died a couple of months ago at 92, says that Mary Shrum's name is right, even though she is listed as Mary Reed on the marriage certificate. All my family is buried at Sulpher Springs Cem. And so is William Johnson. I'm so glad to hear from you. I have been looking for a DNA donor from this line for a long time. I belong the the RandolphMyFamily site and would be happy to send you an invitation if you would like. This line is one that has been baffling for years. The cost of the DNA test is $99 and three of us are willing to pay for it if you kniow of any living Randolphs from that line. Would it be possible that you do? John Wm. and Mary Reavis Randolph has not been found before move to Pope Co. in the mid 1840's from Tn. We are not even sure which county in Tn. Let's talk some more.
