Researching Oliver and Summers family. This family was in Carlisle Co by 1870. But they were married and had some of their children in Saline co. William Oliver married Priscilla Summers April 7, 1854. Their Children were Tennessee Perry Willis Bernetti, Liza Phoebe Emily (Lela) I have all the births and deaths and marriages of her children. I think I now know that Priscilla's father and mother are John and Permela Summers. Fairly certain they were Cherokee and most likely came from the Cherokee nation in N. Carolina.
