Barbara Brown, Circuit Clerk of the Randolph County Court, gave me instruction today about information that cannot be disseminated by researchers. Anything pertaining to a juvenile, an adoption or anything about a person's mental health information in the court system CANNOT be sent to a person requesting it. This is very important to us all. If anyone does this without regard to this request from the court systems, we will not be able to do research as freely as we do now. For myself, I will voluntarily comply with this request.
