Fulton. dob Oct 11, 1836, PA, served in the Union Army from IL.? Sometime during the Civil War he and his family moved to Cairo, IL.? It is unknown when he moved to Galatia nor the reason.? In approximately 1881 the family moved to Wichita, KS. If anyone on this list has any information about his years in Galatia, I would appreciate hearing from you. Thank you.
