I've had several requests from Mary, nancyjo, and RLaRosea regarding the cemetery lists I wrote about under www.CindisList.com . I answered them personally by e-mail. Some said they "bumbled" about and never found what I was talking about. Cindi's List has a place where you click on about cemeteries and it takes you to the ISGS. I can't answer everyone's inquiry individually. But I now go directly to www.tbox.com/isgs/default.html or www.tbox.com/isgs/ilcemetery-mz/ (insert name of county).html as repeated below and shows up in blue for saline county. You'll get the IL STATE GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY. There you can get the lists by county. On the top of each list that you call up, will have the name of the county. There will be a legend indicating Y=Yes R=Reading DES=Despoiled etc. Columns will show name of family or cemetery, location, whether read, active/inactive, township and remarks. The ones I was interested in does not give a source to contact.
