    3. I found today that Elder James Tate was in fact a member of Rector Church at one time, and also another one in that area for awhile. I don't have too much info on Rector Church (there were two Rector churches, both PB, one was organized in 1825 as a result of large numbers of people joining North Fork church near Broughton. This Rector church grew mightily and lettered out members to organize Little Spring and I think others, also, and then faded away. Another Rector was revived in about 1872, and we do not have its records either but I think I know where they are. If time permits, at some point I will try to check to see if the association minutes say anything about his death, if I can remember I will let you know.
