I don't think this will be of much help but there is a Cain Cemetery close to Carrier Mills, Il. And I have the listing of the graves there and did not find any Yorks there at all . I did find several of the York family buried at Mt. Moriah cemetery which is closer to Galatia and Raleigh ( but I did not find the two names you are looking for.
