    3. Hi Friends, Just today, I have got in my mail the marriage license from Saline County in Illinois. Boy, I was so excited on discovered this is my great grandparents, John Henry Carter and Mary Alice Souther. Is there any web sites I can check on for Tate Township in Saline County? If you keep on reading on what I have written, will you note the Prukneyville, Illinois. That is the best I can decipher on the writing. Can you help me in what you think that county might be at? I have typed out the marriage license to shared with you, and hope it might ring the bell to somebody. Please let me know if you can help me. Witness: James H. Reance County Clerk, and the seal of said County, at his office in Harrisburg in said County, this 6th day of February 1891. STATE OF ILLINOIS, SALINE COUNTY: I, J.T. Wiggins, a Justice of the Peace hereby certify that Mr. Henry Carter and Miss M.A. Souther were united in Marriage by me at A. J.
