Steve- I have a couple of questions for you: You suggested that Willis A. is the son of Joseph B. and Sarah Anna - was he their firstborn? I only have William B., Simpson Shaw and Joseph B., Jr. as their children. However, I think I'm basing that on the 1850 census and Willis A. would have been already married by that date. Were there other children besides the three I have listed? I have the marriage date for John and Margaret Louisa as 7/15/1841 in Gallatin County, IL. I'm really not sure what the 12/9/1868 refers to, I don't have death dates for John or Margaret. I am working with another researcher who is a direct descendant (we believe) of John and Margaret, she is wanting more information as well. I have John (b. 1802) & Margaret's (b. 1823) children as: Hartwell B. (1825-1868), probably from a previous marriage? Richard (?-?) George (?-?) Amanda L. (1842 - ?) William (1846-?)
