Joe, Cordelia Williams first husband was a Russell, her second was Tom Miller. Their child Myrtle Miller married Tom Barter and had the following: Ward Barter married Ida Louise Shafer, Dean Barter married Rachel Banks, Ruth Barter married Lester Upchurch and Mabel Barter married Ralph Poe and then John Newton and mabye more children I dont know. Her third husband was Jim Arnold, no children. I amd from her frist husband. through Eva Enoch(Russell) to Ethel Elizabeth Enoch married Earl Griffin.
