Waters is this Charles Waters (b.Nov 21, 1872) s/o Jonathan Grant Waters and Martha Jennie Warford? 2) Is Martha WARFORD Waters a sister to David T. Warford, who is the husband of Elizabeth BLACK Robertson? 3) Does anyone have any info on the following 3 children of David and Elizabeth Warford - Ida, Sarah (Sadie), and Colonel? 4) What is Colonel Warford's given names?
