Is Cottage Grove Cemetery inactive? I cannot find it listed in an online telephone directory. I would like to write to whoever has the cemetery records to see if they may have a more specific date of death for someone whose gravestone only lists the year of death (1900), and who has no civil death certificate in Saline County.
