I am also working on the Simpson's of Saline County. My great grandmother was Lousia Jane Simpson who married James Robert Dillard. The only thing I found on her so far is their marriage record. She is the daughter of William and Margaret (Elder) Simpson. William is the son of Isaac and Rachael (Crider) Simpson. Any help with Lousia Jane (nickname Maggie) or any other Simpson's in this family would be appreciated. She was born around 1858 I believe in Saline County and I know she died giving birth to my grandmother on or about March 12, 1896 in Saline county. There just doesn't seem to be anything on her. I have an old Simpson photo from possible around 1880. No body is identified in it. I believe Lousia and James Dillard are in the photo. There is a possibility William K. Simpson and his wife Margaret may also be in the photo, but without other photos to compare it to, I am really not sure. Thanks for any help Cindy Klemm
