    3. Hi Patricia, What a nice gesture, I would like to ask for help on finding anything on my 2nd gr. grandfather. I have been looking for his parents for over 30 years. Name:: Nathaniel Floyd Church. b. 1837 KY. living in Henderson Co. KY. 1850 census in home of Weller family, age 14. In 1858 he is md. in Saline Co. IL to Eliza Celia Pemberton. 1860 in census (Harrisburg) with wife Eliza and a dau. (Ada). He died in March 1864. Leaving wife and 2 children, Ada and Samuel Richard (b. 1862). Five months after his death my great grandfather Henry Floyd Church was born (Aug. 1864) I have found no military record, burial or anything on him. Eliza was dau. of George N. and Celah (Celia) Patterson Pemberton. I have tried looking for cemetery records whereever I find Pembertons. I have suspicion that he had a brother Richard Samuel Church but can't find anything on him either. There is a Robert Church in Saline, (1860), don't know much about him. Have wondered if there is a connection. Do you know if there is a cemetery somewhere in Saline with Church family members? Can't seem to find one. I'm sure there is a connection somehow to the other Church people there. Perhaps his parents died in KY and he came to IL to be with other family....I continue to research KY records for more also. .Anything you can do to help will be sincerely appreciated.
