    2. William I haven't researched the Johnson line yet. However, Mary Jane Johnson - born in April 1854, died in 1932, buried in Lavender Cemetery, married William James Hicks in 1874. Their son, Henry Camel Hicks, is the "grampa" in my research. I have been given a photo of Mary Jane - as an aged woman. If she's in your family I will share it with you. 2. Kate Rodenbach
    3. First of all I want to thank Steve Spunk for the information on Joseph B. Stricklin's descendants. That was really helpful! I only have a couple of things I could add to his listing: Martha J. Stricklin (1826-1868) + Robert Mick (1819-1893) m. Bef. 1850 Per Illinois Statewide marriage index: Martha Stricklin married Robert Meek on 9/19/1844 William Bayes Stricklin (1835-1897) + Mary (2nd wife, 1844-?) m. Abt. 1865 Per Illinois Statewide marriage index: Mary Jackson married W.B. Stricklin on 3/15/1866 in Saline County, IL Now - I have another Stricklin question I'm hoping someone can help me with. Does anyone know who George Walter Stricklin's (1869-1944) parents were? He married Carrie Rabourn (1867-1943). Their children were: Elsie (Hale) Hannah (Lasseter) Wayne Robert Marion Thanks! 3. Hey Darrell, did you get my message earlier with Clinton Paul and Lena's death dates? Anyway, I was looking at some information I have here at work today and I don't have much information past the Cynthia Elder/Judge Samuel Elder era. I have some approximate dates for Judge Samuel and that he was married to a Nancy Margaret Pinnell, but no dates for her at all. For Judge Samuel I have his parents as Samuel Elder and Ann ??? and some dates for them (firm marriage and his birthdates, others are approximate). Can you fill in the blanks? Before that I have Samuel's father as George, but that's it. Lori
