    2. Some years ago I was given copies of the research done on the Boatright family by Mary Dunn Boatright. Her records differ from what is published in the spring issue of Shawnee 2003. Hers show: Henry Lewis Boatright married 1) Naoma Jane Stone "Jane" deserted the family after the death of Ethel. H. Lewis married 2) Susan Elizabeth "Lizzie" Evans Mary Dunn (compiler of these records) was the daughter of Rev. Alfred Dunn and Eva Griffith. No Durfees unless there were marriages that Aunt Mary did not know of. Donna

    3. Most likely, but just like all of the fine data that has been put online by the IL State Archives, the work has been done by volunteers. The material is supplied by them (in turn, there has to be cooperation from the county clerk level to supply ISA with the copy material) to people like you and I, we abstract & transcribe it, and send it back to them so they can put it online. I use to know where to find that info but can't seem to locate it now on their site... 3. Cuzn Kay, Was wondering how your coming along with your new found family (The Aden Jones line I gave you). Please help keep me informed of any new info you find on his immediate family, or any proofs you may find on his parentage. One big piece of info that would really help would be Aden's obit. He died in 1904 so it may yield some clues (also a probate or Will)....remember, we don't have any concrete proof that he is a s/o old Ben Jones (my line)..... I know he is, just haven't had the time to try and prove it... 2. Does anyone know of a Lizzie Durfee Boatright 1878 - 1940? We are searching Durfee's of Saline and Pope Co., IL and wonder if Lizzie Durfee could be a connection to our searching. (We also have Boatright connections by marriage with our Ward/Austin tree of Saline Co.) In the copy of The Shawnee for Spring 2003 issued by Saline Co. Genealogical Society they have information on lots at North America Cemetery. Lizzie Durfee Boatright is listed at Lot #15 with her husband H. Lewis Boatright 1861 - 1941 along with Ethel Boatright, dau. of H. L. & Jane Boatright 18 Mar 1884 - 19 Nov 1894 Also shown at Lot #44 is: Mary (Dunn) (Boatright) Boatright (born as Dunn, mother was a Durfee, but Lewis and Lizzie Boatright adopted, then she married Lloyd Boatright.
