He appears on both the 1891 and 1901 in London where he was born, along with the rest of his family. I didn't know he had lived in New Zealand, where did you find that information ? His death certificate said he had lived in Australia for 40 years, so he cannot have been in NZ for long. Until I read the certificate I did not know he had married, but it gives his widow as Della Marie Dougherty whom he married in Chicago when he was 35. That would be in 1924 or 1925. I have already tried the free US records and was hoping through this posting that someone would be able to help with information.
