His name was George Warkins, I found him in the 1910 Census at the Illinois State Reformatory in Pontiac, Illinois, he was 19 years old. I would like to know why he was there and also when he was admitted to this facility and when he was released. Did they keep any family information? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
