A possible suggestion - did you try just the initial "R" and last name? Then you could use also the middle name "George" as a first name. also if the name was Crosby but could it have been "Cosby" without the letter "R". When you can't find anything at all and you aren't having any luck, I sometimes have tried different spellings and combinations and even just parts of names and have had some success a few times. It doesn't work all the time but I think it would be worth a try.
