Good Hunting Kathy they had a son-here's his obit Daily Oklahoman, The (Oklahoma City, OK) - March 27, 2001 Deceased Name: Herman Pierre Yarneau YARNEAU Herman Pierre, 98, died at his home Sunday, Match 25, 2001. Herman was born December 28, 1902 in Clifton, Illinois to Willie and Della Marion Yarneau. After 22 years of Civil Service, he retired in 1965 from Tinker Air Force Base. He was preceded in death by two wives, Alba Helen Owens and Edglea England Mason; a son, Howard Yarneau, and a sister, Ruby Forgue. He is survived by daughters, Carol Smith of Olathe, KS and Ila Calaway of the home; a step-daughter, Marie Gifford and husband, Richard of Aurora, CO and a step-son, Don Mason of Oklahoma City. He was well loved by a large family of seven grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; nine great step-grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and two nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church or to The Good Shepherd Hospice. An Evening Prayer Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2001 at Smith & Kernke Chapel, ! 1401 N.W. 23rd and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 29, 2001 at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Yarneau FORT WORTH - Howard Rodney Yarneau, 66, passed away peacefully to eternal life Sept. 30 in Fort Worth with his children and best friend by his side. Military graveside service: was held Oct. 4 in Houston's National Veterans Cemetery. Memorials: American Lung Association. Howard Rodney Yarneau was born June 7, 1930, in Olustee, Okla., to Herman and Alba Yarneau. He was an honorably discharged Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He retired from Haliburton Services after 37 years of dedicated service. Howard was a kind and humble man known by family and friends for his generosity and eagerness to help others. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Daddy will be missed, but never forgotten.
