Sometimes you have to really shorten the name to find the marriage. Anyway, here is what I found: Rufus M. Heathley married E Anderson - 24 Jan 1867 in Massac county. There is no volume number, the page number is 46. BTW, Massic county is really close to New Liberty in Pope county. Hope this helps!
