I do know that they lived in the Johnstown, PA area sometime after they arrived from Italy (Piedmont/Vittuone). My ggrandfather was a coal miner and one or two of their children were born there before they moved to Southern Illinois. I believe Giovanna (Johanna) had a brother by the name of Pio.
