Asking people to look-up counties for you. Geez, google the name of town/city and you'll find you yourself will find the answer to your lazy question. Don't be so sure I don't know what I'm talking about, bet I've researched and extremely correctly alot longer than you have. But feel free to go right ahead and toss stones at those who happen to be a bit better at it than you are. Curious. Have you happened to obtain clips of the old newspaper stories on your Herbert Ray? He was quite the little rebel and his father seems to have had quite the temper. Sad. In any case if you don't open your eyes to facts in your case you will miss what you are looking for. And while you insist Mildred was named this or that you best keep in mind that people get listed on census records in what ever manner the taker manages to get them recorded. You can blow me off on what whatever I gave as far as information that you please, but you're in denial if you actually believe Bert's father was named 'Robert'. Robert was the name of his stepfather. And it was Bert's mother who got stuck trying to keep Herbert Ray under control. But I really could not care less if you ever get true and accurate information for your family tree. You seem to have a problem with dates also. I did not say Bert was not in Iowa in 1900, I said he was in Missouri in 1910. If you will see the old newspaper clippings from Quincey from about 1907 thru 1930's you will see this family did not stay put and came and went from the area in the manner of a few months onloy to repack and return and/or move again. But, hey, happy searching to you. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
