Do you have full access to that? If not, I can summarize it for you. You could check the address on Gilda's birth certificate against the address on this card to see if it is the same man. (You can get the certificate number of Gilda's birth certificate at italiangen.org.) If they match you can order his naturalization records which should include his parents' names, his birth place, etc. The card has his immigration date as Oct. 2, 1898.
