I found out My Great Grand Father Andrew E. Johnson was married in California. I know he was married prior to 1890 to a Annie Adkins, he left there about 1903 to go to Benton Harbor, Michigan to become part of the cult called the Israelites. The place was called the House of David. He lived in Monterey County of California. All of his Children were born there.
