It was about a year ago and it cost twenty cents a page with a minimum charge of one dollar. The number for Western Illinois University is 309-298-2716 and they are open from 8-4, M-F. Hours may vary. This is staffed by graduate sudent interns. It will still take a few weeks.Give them all this informaiton to speed the search.
