Hello List, I'm new to the list and do not know much about the state of ILL. My name is Linda from Ohio and I'm researching some back ground history on my father Howard Parrott. My father went to a place in Chicago, ILL for school after he got out of the service. I have a cert. here that says the following. Chicago Motive Trades Institute Division of Commercial Trades Institute Body and Fender Rebuilding Chicago, ILL 31 day of March 1950 My Q is ? Would everyone know about this Institute ?
