He died in 1974. My father's father is buried somewhere in Kentucky as he died in a coal mine; not sure what year...I haven't checked into the information that I have..I know that my father's mother was Russian and she came to America with her father and 2 sisters and a brother named Nicholas. I don't know if she was married to a Huminsky when she came to America in 1917 but she had my father in 1918. My father had two real sisters, Julie and Pauline. Julie died as a child hit by a car; I don't know what age. My Aunt Pauline Dreksler (maiden name Huminsky) lives in Schaumburg, Illinois and I have not seen her for many years. I know she had a heart condition and because the family has been apart for many years I don't know if she is still with us. My father's mother married 3 times and a lot of the history is unknown..but she definitely came from Russia and I know that Huminsky also came from Russia. My father had 3 brothers and 1 sister before he was born; their last names were not Huminsky. I don't know if we are from the same clan...lol...I don't know if Grandpa Huminsky, after their divorce, had any more family anywhere or any siblings here in America.
