Not quite sure of the date. I would like to get a copy of the certificate, but not really sure they were married in Peoria. They were divorced in New York and I also have a copy of a decree from Illinois. They were both from 1920 or 21. How can I find out exactly where they were married and where to send the fee for a copy. Any info. will help. Their names were Rosa Watkins of the Peoria area and Trayko(Tom or Thomas) Mitrovich.
