The records for Morgan and Scott Counties that have been sent to IRAD are at the University of Illinois at Springfield. Macomb (Western Illinois University) has records from several counties WEST of the Illinois River. If you go to the Illinois Secretary of State website, you can check the IRAD depositories and see a descriptive inventory for each depository.
