Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/Fh.2ADI/5770 Message Board Post: looking for information on 3 brothers who came from scotland by the name of crawford late 1700-early 1800....in chicago they got a 99 year land lease...i believe one of them to be named alexander... 2 of the brothers went south and one went back east.... a decent joe crawford had moved back to chicago in the 1920-30 era and was an engineer for the city....when the city wanted to purchase the land back he was the only decend they could find and paid him!.....my gg uncle he never had children and i am just starting my geneolgy search... a son might have been william warren crawford born 1812...need all the help i can get thank you in advance teresa tskokowski@cox.net
