Would someone please lookup a marriage announcement,record,application,(sorry dont know what they are called) anyhing you will or can, that can give me information on my great grandmother and her parents. Her name was Fidelia, (aka Bridget, Adelia, Bedelia, Delilah,Delia and others) RILEY, she was about 14 - 16 years old, (judging from census records)when she married Lawrence FITZSIMMONS in Warren County IL.. I have two dates for marriage, 1857 and 1860..1860 is the more probable.I dont now her fathers name (my greatgreatgrandfather) but her mothers name was Mary. I have looked on the IL site and come up with nothing.In fact Ive just spent the last 3 hours again this morning looking for her : ) no luck! Im completely stuck, this is just one of my brick walls, but this is a major one, trying to find anything out her and her RILEY family. Thank you in advance
