SHERMAN OR SHURMAN of IL and his wife, Annie (Anna?) EIFERT. Can anyone help me out here? I think that they were both from the Springield area, or else Sangamon, or Schuyler, County? Our ancestor, MARY SHERMAN OR SHURMAN was bn. abt. 1870 judging from the marriage licence, so I figure that her parents would probably have married within 5 years of that date? I have searched everywhere, but with not luck at all, so any assistance would be appreciated. I have tried ancestry.com, familysearch, Il Archives, but cannot find a thing. Thanks in advance, Marion
