Saw the message and info about marriage certificate and IRAD. Can I submit a request for a marriage certificate if I only have the name of one of the persons in question? I am trying to find info for a Mary WARD who most likely married a Mr. ??? MARTIN. I am not definitely sure in which county she was married in, but could narrow it down to Peoria and Knox Counties, IL. The marriage would have taken place between 1855-1865. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
