Got parent's names as Ludwig Mulling (with an umlaut over the U) and Wilhelmine Grosch. I think his name was changed to Mulling from something German that sounds like Mulling (lots of choices). Original info is..... My Great grandfather, Charles Joseph Mulling was a banana boat ship captain stationed in New Orleans. He is said to have come from Swinemunde, Germany (Swinoujscie) which is on the border with Poland around 1878. He was just 14yrs. at the time. He dies in Belize on New Years day 1913 and is later moved to St. Vincent De Paul cemetary no. 1 on Louisa St. Has anyone ever heard of this or any Mulling family from this area? Thanks, Karen Lyon karenlyon@ntown.com
