Can someone please tell me where I would look for citizenship or naturalization papers if the person lived in Tompkins Township Warren County? He came to the USA about 1846 (-1848) I dont know that he was ever naturalized, but hopig to find some record..Looking for Lawrence FITZSIMMONS, born in County Meath Ireland October about 1830.
