    3. Cheryl, East Lynn is indeed in Vermillion County. MapQuest shows it to be about 16 miles east of Route 57 and about 1/4 mile North of route 9. Very small town on a creek. I went through there on the way to Fulton County about 5 years ago. Be careful, if you blink you will miss it !!!!!!!!!
