Hello, Last time I obtained marriage certificates at the Rock Island County Court House [Oct '99] they cost $7.00 for a certified copy. There is no such thing as an uncertified copy in Rock Island Co. -- if you get a copy it is certified for some reason or other. The computerized reduction and copying often leaves much to be desired -- legibility can suffer greatly, handwriting becomes even less legible. Good Luck!
