    3. Pam, on Page 257 of "The Past and Present of Rock Island, Illinois, 1877": Under War Record of Privates in Company I of the 126th Illinois Volunteer Infantry is listed: Frederickson Hans. C. enlisted Aug 8, '62, mustered out July 12, '65. The 126th was evidently organized at Alton, Illinois; and evidently returned to Pine Bluff (I presume Iowa ...av) to be mustered out on that date. The history goes on to say that the Regiment participated in the seige of Vicksburg. p 362 of the Biographical section of Moline Township: Frederickson Mrs. Anna, farmer; Sec. 3; from Sweden There are 2 Ereckson/Erickson from Sweden also listed in Moline Township: p 361: Ereckson Ereck, tenant; Sec. 26; Republican; Lutheran; from Sweden Erickson M.G. farmer; Sec. 5; Republican; Lutheran; from Sweden Audrey Cox Vogelpohl Seattle, Washington Pam wrote: > > Hi Audrey- I'll bet you are getting lot's of look-up requests and I am > sorry to add to the burden, but could you look up one for me too? > He is Henry Christian Fredericksen, a Dane, born in 1836 and immigrated in > 1861.
